    Cupping therapy offers a variety of benefits, including: increasing circulation and lymph movement and optimizing tissue health. This can be stationary, active movement or dynamic. 

  • What are the benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy?

    Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is backed by clinical evidence to mitigate back pain, improve posture and movement patterns. For optimal results, we recommend coming in for a series of 3 weekly treatments.

  • What are the benefits of Graston Technique?

    Gastron Technique accelerates rehabilitation for soft tissue conditions, increases your range of motion, relieves pain and aids in restoring normal function. We recommend treatment 2 times per week for 4-5 weeks for optimal results.


  • What are the benefits of Cranio-Sacral Therapy

    Cranio-Sacral therapy can reduce symptoms of fibromyalgia, migraines, TMJ and chronic pain syndrome. It’s also used in treatment plans for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and post concussion syndrome. Furthermore, it increases cerebrospinal fluid circulation. We recommend sessions ranging 30min-1hr 1-2 times per week for optimal results.
